Strip and bulk overmoulding and injection-moulding
Plastic injection is a manufacturing process by parts moulding. Overmoulding consists in injecting plastic materials around metal parts in a mould. We inject technical and aesthetic parts just as we make the overmoulding for every type of metal inserts, semi-automatically or automatically according to the mass-production. Complex processes are incorporated such as automated assemblies, camera control, eclectrical control, leak check, and so on.
We are equipped with continuous overmoulding production lines of pre-cut strips with selective coating, automated lines, manual overmoulding machines with installation of inserts.
We have horizontal injection moulding presses of 25 to 320 metric tons and rotary platens presses of 40 to 160 metric tons.
The main processed materials are Polyamide 6.6, Polyphthalamide (PPA), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) to produce parts with a weight of less than 0.5 grams up to 400 grams. High technicity is their common feature.
