Slitting, traverse winding, strip milling
We realise the slitting of spools up to 400 millimetres. We are specialist in small size and special finishing (rounded edges, deburred edges, calibrated edges, sharp profiles edges). We know how to slit narrow widths within large thicknesses. We are also equipped for traverse winding and strip milling. We provide these services for user clients or raw material suppliers, which allow us to have close relationships with them.
We make slitting with a thickness from 0.01mm to 2.5mm, and width from 0.6mm to 420mm. We realise special finishing such as rounded, deburred, calibrated edges or sharp profiled edges with a precision on widths and a strip camber reduced. We are skilful in the small-scale but also in the slitting of narrow widths within large thicknesses. Our wide range of tooling allows us to produce a narrow dimensional tolerance (lower than millimetre for some dimensions).
