Collaboration, mutual assistance and friendly atmosphere

We believe that the collaboration is the most sound way towards performance, clients satisfaction, health and self-fulfilment of our collaborators, commitment of all stakeholders. We want to live the collaboration both internally and externally in all of our interactions. As the collaboration is not always intuitve, we set challenges in all processes and to all collaborators to enable them to find their path in collaboration. Several tools are used, some of whom on a daily basis. We prefer to conduct round tables rather than debates during our meetings. We begin these round tables by using induction methods (*) and we make use of Collaborative Intelligence processes when necessary. We have encouraged the cooperators to create collaboration charters together because we give priority to collaborative process. For instance, the processes (services) submit thus the investment requests. They are prioritised in investing commission in which representatives of each process participate.

(*) In the beginning of meetings, the collaborative integration enables to free speech and create team spirit thanks to short animations where each one takes part in.

• 2023 : In 2023, AUGE MICROTECHNIC GROUP is part of a managerial support and development approach in collective intelligence with the support of Sévérine BERQUAND, Company Proagiris Conseil. We want to support the group’s managers in their day-to-day practice and create a shared, united and solid managerial culture, to develop quality working relationships and encourage cooperation.
